About Rick

Rick Elliott brings decades of leadership, operational expertise, and hands-on problem solving to his work as a property management professional.

A retired military veteran, Rick served 23 years on active duty in Operations, with assignments around the world. Following his military career, he spent several years teaching JROTC at a rural high school in Northern New Hampshire before transitioning into the private sector. Over the next 14 years, Rick held progressive leadership roles ranging from Plant Manager to Senior Regional Operations Manager, overseeing full operational and financial responsibility for seven production facilities across Massachusetts through Illinois. His experience includes large-scale production expansions, capital improvement projects, vendor negotiations, and union contract negotiations.

Seeking better work-life balance and a return to the outdoors, Rick stepped away from corporate life to focus on endurance athletics and property management. He has completed multiple marathons, half marathons, and four full-distance Ironman triathlons. Professionally, he spent four years managing private homes in the Hamptons and five years managing an upscale marina for Hampton Watercraft & Marine in Hampton Bays, New York.

In late 2023, Rick relocated to Peru, Vermont, where he now owns and operates his own property management company, serving homeowners and associations throughout the region.

Rick is the father of three daughters and a proud grandfather to three grandchildren. Outside of work, he is happily reconnecting with Vermont life — including learning to ski again after a 31-year break and looking forward to sharing the slopes with his grandchildren at Bromley.
